Elliot Storey (b. 1990, France) is a filmmaker and visual artist living and working in an old watermill south of Paris.

Since 2008, his practice has explored the boundary between cinema and video art, with a particular interest in cine-dance as a new cinematographic form.

His films frequently interact with a sculptural practice, exhibited alongside drawings and photographs made in parallel with production.

Musical composition threads through all his work as an emotional connective tissue.

He has collaborated with a wide range of artists and organisations, including an ongoing partnership with the choir Dulci Jubilo since 2023. ​
